Our story began with Victoria Shcherbakova, the heart and soul of our bakery. Growing up in a large family of nine children, Victoria learned the art of cooking and baking at a young age. As one of the oldest daughters, she was often in the kitchen, helping her mom prepare meals for the family. By the age of 12, Victoria already knew the secrets of a well-stocked kitchen and the joy of creating delicious dishes that brought everyone together.

Victoria's passion for baking only grew over the years. She went on to pursue formal baking courses to refine her skills, and it wasn't long before she was making cakes and treats for friends and family.
